Job summary

Peterson Health in Kerrville, TX is seeking a full-time Emergency Room Registered Nurse for three 12-hour night shifts, 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM. The role focuses on assessing patient needs, planning and delivering care across physical and psychosocial domains while documenting outcomes.

You will join a Magnet-designated, nonprofit hospital recognized for nursing excellence and rural healthcare leadership. Texas RN licensure and BLS/ACLS are required with CN ENPC/ TNCC preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Knowledge and ability to perform the skills necessary for the unit specific competencies.
• Preferred TNCC ENPC (preferred).

Responsibilities

• The Registered nurse is responsible for assessing the needs of each patient, planning the care to meet those needs, including the spiritual, emotional, physiological and psychosocial aspects, and documenting responses in the patient record.
