Job summary

Peterson Health in Kerrville, Texas, is hiring a full-time Emergency Room RN for three 12-hour night shifts (6:30 PM–6:30 AM). The RN will assess patient needs and plan care across physical, emotional and spiritual dimensions, with documentation in the patient record.

Required: Texas RN licensure and CPR; ACLS/PALS within one year; TNCC/ENPC preferred; ED experience preferred. Benefits include health, retirement, and education support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Texas RN license and CPR.
• ACLS and PALS within one year of employment, renew within 2 months of the recommended renewal date.
• TNCC and ENPC preferred.
• CEN preferred

Responsibilities

• The Registered nurse is responsible for assessing the needs of each patient and planning the care to meet those needs including the spiritual, emotional, physiological and psychosocial aspects; responses are evaluated and documented in the patient record.
