Job summary

Peterson Health in Kerrville, Texas is seeking an Emergency Room RN for full-time, three 12-hour night shifts (6:30 PM–6:30 AM). You will assess patients, plan care, and document effectively while collaborating with a dedicated team in a Magnet-designated hospital known for nursing excellence.

Requirements include RN licensure in Texas, CPR, and ACLS/PALS within one year of employment. TNCC/ENPC and ED experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Texas RN licensure and CPR.
• ACLS and PALS within 1 year of employment; renew within 2 months of recommended renewal date.
• 1 year ED experience preferred.
• TNCC/ENPC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan care to meet physical, emotional and psychosocial requirements.
• Document responses and maintain accurate patient records.
• Provide care during the night shift 6:30 PM–6:30 AM in the ED.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
