Qualifications

• Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing or equivalent.

• Current NIH Stroke Certification preferred.
• CPI (Nonviolent Crisis Intervention) within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care in the Emergency Room in accordance with hospital policies and standards.
• Demonstrate leadership and support to the healthcare team while delivering patient-centered care.
• Communicate effectively with physicians and nursing staff about patient needs, administering IVs and medications, and monitoring vital signs.
