Job summary

HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital is hiring a Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the care team. The RN will document care in the patient record, respond to patient requests, and educate patients and families about health conditions and treatments.

Qualifications include an RN license, ACLS/BCLS, and PALS within 30 days of start. One year of experience is preferred, with an ASN or BSN.

Qualifications

• RN licensed and in good standing.
• ACLS, BCLS, CNII and PALS must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.
• Associate Degree or Bachelor’s in Nursing.
• Strong patient-centered care and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Document care in the patient medical record accurately and timely.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure optimal outcomes.
