Qualifications

• ACLS within 6 months of start date.
• BCLS within 30 days of start date.
• CPI within 90 days of start date.
• PALS within 6 months of start date.
• RN license (active) and degree (ADN/BSN) required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care per department standards.
• Collaborate with medical providers and care team; document care in the patient record.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, plans, medications and follow-up; translate medical terminology.
• Support patients in self-management and lifestyle changes as appropriate.
