Job summary

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to care for patients.
• Assesses, organizes, and completes patient care with consideration for patient age and cultural factors.
• Documents steps of the nursing process using proper medical terminology.
• Addresses problems and progress toward goals and facilitates patient discharge through referrals and education.
• Collaborates with other disciplines and supports unit/hospital goals.
