HCA Florida South Tampa Hospital's Freestanding ER in Tampa, FL seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with providers and the care team. The RN will assess, treat, teach, and manage care while supporting exceptional patient outcomes and a positive service experience.

The role requires Florida RN licensure, nursing degree with BSN preferred, and ER experience.

Competenze

• Florida Registered Nurse license; active FL RN license within 60 days if compact.
• Nursing Diploma or ASN; BSN preferred.
• Minimum one year ER RN experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire/transfer.
• PALS and/or ENPC within 6 months of hire/transfer.
• NIHSS, TNCC, CPI training within 6 months.
• CNEN/CEN/CPEN certification highly preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.

• Assess patient pain regularly and adjust care plan accordingly.
• Perform procedures and monitoring as ordered; document care promptly.
• Respond to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Educate patients/families about condition, treatment, medications, and follow-up.
