Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with an associate degree or diploma.
• One year of nursing experience, preferably in an emergency or intensive care setting.
• Current New Mexico RN license or RN license with Multistate Compact privileges.
• BLS required; ACLS, PALS, NRP required or within 90 days; TNCC within 1 year; ENPC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation).
• Teach patients and families health information and provide written materials.
• Perform direct patient care following established policies and standards.
