Hackensack Meridian Health Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse in New Jersey to provide direct patient care to a diverse population within the acute care setting. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.

The role emphasizes rapid learning, adaptability, and strong teamwork, with opportunities for advancing certification and participating in Nurse Residency programs. A NJ nursing license and BLS/CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Current and valid New Jersey Nursing license is required.
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification is required.
• BSN preferred and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire.
• ACLS preferred.
• PALS preferred.
• Must have at least 1 year or more of acute care nursing experience OR must be an active Participant with Hackensack Meridian Health’s Nurse Residency Program.
• Emergency department experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• The Registered Nurse functions as a caregiver for a specific patient population to achieve desired outcomes and coordinates patient care with nursing peers, physicians and support services.
• Directs and oversees the care provided by other caregivers through delegation, validation, evaluation, and coordination.
• Provides effective direct care as part of the interdisciplinary team to a variety of complex patients.
