Job summary

The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed healthcare organization in Helena, MT and we are seeking to hire experienced RN for the Emergency Department to deliver high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced setting with professionalism and adaptability. The role involves triage, timely interventions, and collaboration with the medical team.

Expect 12-hour shifts with full-time equivalent options. Montana RN licensure, BLS, ACLS/PALS, and TNCC/ENPC are preferred or required within stated

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure in Montana.
• Emergency department experience preferred; critical care experience desirable.
• Current Montana RN License and BLS; ACLS & PALS within 6 months of hire.
• TNCC, ENPC or other ED certifications are favorable.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients in a fast-paced emergency setting.
• Provide high-quality nursing care and timely interventions.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain clear, accurate clinical documentation.
• Ensure patient safety and efficient patient flow.
