Job summary

Logan Health's Emergency Department in Kalispell, MT is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Night Shift. This 36-hour/week position supports a dynamic 32-bed ED and Level III Trauma Center, working with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate holds an MT RN license (or compact), CPR/BLS, with ACLS/PALS, ENPC and TNCC within specified timeframes, and tends to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on safety and continuous

Qualifications

• Active Montana RN license (or compact) required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• ACLS & PALS within 6 months of hire.
• ENPC & TNCC within 1 year.
• Prior Emergency or Critical Care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized, goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process.
• Respond calmly to changes in patient conditions.
• Implement provider orders and treatments safely.
• Monitor and document changes in patients’ status.
• Maintain infection prevention and patient safety standards.
• Collaborate with the night shift to ensure seamless care.
