Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current registration in the State of NH as a Registered Nurse
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient pain regularly to promote effective pain management and documents progress.
• Performs nursing procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider and records care in the patient chart.
• Responds promptly to patient requests and strives to anticipate needs and resolve issues proactively.
• Teaches patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up measures, translating complex terms for clarity.
