Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor patients and implement evidence-based care plans.
• Collaborate with ED physicians, cardiologists, and interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on care, treatment, and discharge-related guidance.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the EMR.
