HCA Florida Blake Hospital is seeking an ER Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, fast-paced care in the Emergency Department. You will manage patient flow, educate patients and families, maintain records and administer medications per orders.

Qualified candidates will hold a Florida RN license (or compact with FL activation within 60 days), have a nursing diploma/ASN (BSN preferred), and possess BLS/ACLS/PALS/ENPC as required within 6 months.

Qualifikationen

• Florida RN license must be active; if compact license, FL license active within 60 days of hire.
• Nursing Diploma or ASN; BSN preferred.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS/ENPC certifications required within 6 months of hire/transfer.
• TNCC certification required within 6 months of hire/transfer.
• NIHSS certification required within 6 months of hire/transfer.
• CPI training required within 6 months of hire/transfer.
• CEN certification with ER experience required within 6 months of hire/transfer.
• Strong critical thinking and interpersonal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage efficient flow of patients including triage, screening, prep for exam, nursing care, and admissions.
• Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions.
• Maintain and review patients' records including posting tests and examination results.
• Administer medications in accordance with physician orders.
