HCA Florida Englewood Hospital is seeking an ER Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced Emergency Department. You will contribute to efficient patient flow, triage, treatment administration, and accurate medical record documentation.

The role requires Florida RN licensure or compact license, active BLS, and certifications such as ACLS, PALS/ENPC, and NIHSS within specified timelines. BSN is preferred, with strong clinical and teamwork skills essential.

Formación

• Florida RN license (or compact) within 60 days of hire
• Current BLS certification
• ACLS within 6 months of hire/transfer
• PALS and/or ENPC within 6 months of hire/transfer
• NIHSS certification within 6 months of hire/transfer
• Strong critical thinking and interpersonal communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Manage efficient flow of patients including triage, screening, exam prep, general nursing care, admissions/testing coordination
• Instruct patients and families on medications and treatment instructions
• Maintain and review patient records including posting tests and results
• Administer medications according to physician orders
