Emerus Holdings, Inc. seeks an Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a full-time Day shift in Harmar, PA. You will assess, plan, direct, and evaluate patient care in a small-format ER.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, adherence to physician orders, infection control, and coordination of admissions, discharges, and transfers. Benefits include night/weekend differentials, a 401K match, referrals, and free parking.

Formación

• Associate's Degree required; BSN preferred.
• Current PA RN licensure without sanctions.
• 2+ years ER or comparable experience.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required; TNCC preferred.
• English fluency in written and oral communication.
• PA Act 33/Act 73 clearances completed or to be obtained.

Responsabilidades

• Provide age-specific and developmentally appropriate ER nursing care.
• Complete accurate, legible medical records documentation.
• Observe and document patient signs, symptoms, and status.
• Follow physician orders in delivering nursing care.
• Collect lab samples and perform tests per policy and CLIA.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Admit, discharge, and transfer patients as needed.
• Assemble equipment for diagnostic or treatment procedures.
• Adhere to infection control and aseptic techniques.
• Participate in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care.
