We are currently looking for experienced RN's for Full-time ER positions!

Competitive Compensation:

• Pay range for this position, starting at $36/hr.
• This position includes a $3/hr. night shift differential and weekend differential of $4/hr.

Job Preview

The ER Registered Nurse provides planned and highly skilled nursing care for patients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care as needed.
• Assess and document patient status.
• Carry out treatments and/or orders.
• Assist in positioning and/or transporting the patient.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of equipment, instruments, supplies, and procedures utilized in that specific nursing position.
• Record treatment, comments, and notes as necessary on the appropriate patient chart, alerting other personnel to all orders, problems, and other pertinent information.
• Be flexible, adaptive, and able to accept and implement new ideas and approaches.
• Administer medication, IV therapy, and drips as ordered.
• Discharge patients to home or another appropriate place accordingly and per physician’s order.
• Participate in regular in-service training and other quality assurance activities, as well as continuing education seminars and workshops.
• Provide emergent treatment in conjunction with Physicians to treat all life-threatening situations (e.g., cardiac arrest, respiratory failure).
• Perform other related work as required or requested.
