Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensure in good standing with the OK State Board of Pharmacy.
• ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency preferred but not required.
• Preferred hospital clinical pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure age-appropriate, safe, and cost-effective medication therapies for patients.
• Participate in departmental clinical programs and support educational goals.
• Process orders and dispense medications according to policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of clinical and distributive processes and programs.
• Promote patient safety and outcomes through efficient pharmacy processes.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Pharm D degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
