Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical hospital pharmacy programs and daily patient care.
• ASHP-accredited PGY1 Residency or equivalent preferred, not required.
• Must be licensed as a pharmacist and in good standing with the OK State Board of Pharmacy.
• Preceptor license required upon hire and board certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Ensure age-appropriate, safe, and cost-effective medication therapies for patients.
• Process orders and dispense per policies, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to educational goals of the department and enhance pharmacy processes for safety and outcomes.
