Job summary

The role supports development and maintenance of clinical programs and adheres to accreditation and regulatory requirements.

Qualified candidates will hold a BS in Pharmacy or a PharmD and be licensed in Oklahoma, with ASHP PGY1 residency preceptorship encouraged.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in good standing with state board (OK).
• ASHP PGY1 residency preceptorship is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure age-appropriate, safe, and cost-effective medication therapies for patients.
• Participate in departmental clinical programs.
• Process orders and dispense medications per policies, procedures, and regulations; support accreditation reporting.
