Qualifications

• Eligible to practice pharmacy in Oklahoma; licensure in good standing with the OK State Board of Pharmacy.
• ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures age-appropriate, safe, and cost-effective medication therapies for patients.
• Participates in departmental targeted clinical programs as assigned.
• Process orders and dispense medications according to established policies, procedures, protocols, and regulatory requirements; contribute to ACGME accreditation reporting.
• Assist in teaching and precepting as needed to support department goals.
• Enhance accuracy and efficiency of pharmacy processes to promote patient safety and outcomes.
