Guttenberg Municipal Hospital & Clinics seeks a PRN RN for the Emergency Department and Patient Care Unit to deliver exceptional patient care onsite in Guttenberg, Iowa. You will work with a collaborative team, providing nursing care, teaching families, and ensuring safety and quality in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires an accredited RN program graduate, Iowa CEU compliance, and active licensure with BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NRP certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Must meet Iowa Board CEU requirements for nursing.
• Current Iowa RN license/registration; BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the ED/PCU using the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct LPNs and CNAs to maintain safe, effective patient care.
• Educate patients and families about health plans and treatments while coordinating with the care team.
• Deliver compassionate care to patients of all ages in a fast-paced environment.
