Job summary

Clarinda Regional Health Center in Clarinda, IA seeks a PRN Emergency Department RN for 12-hour shifts (7am–7pm or 7pm–7am). This as-needed role supports fast-paced, high-quality patient care and requires Iowa RN licensure and graduate from approved nursing program.

Schedule flexibility includes on-call availability, weekend and holiday rotation, with potential shift differentials; position is non-exempt and OT eligible.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved school/college of nursing.
• Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred.
• ER/critical care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide RN-level patient care in a fast-paced ED setting.
• Prioritize safety and quality in all patient interactions.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to support operations.
