Qualifications

• Entry level position with minimum one year of customer service experience.
• HFMA CRCR or NAHAM CHAA required within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Researches, collects & analyzes information; identifies opportunities and develops solutions.
• Collaborates on performance improvement activities as indicated by outcomes in program efficiency & patient experience.
• Responsible for distribution of analytical reports.
• Uses multiple system applications to perform analysis, create reports & develop educational materials while adhering to Trinity Health policies.
• Demonstrates knowledge of departmental processes & procedures and ability to acquire new knowledge.
• Data management & analysis to support ad-hoc operational projects & initiatives.
• Synthesizes & analyzes data and provides detailed summaries with graphical presentations, advising leadership.
• Leverages program data to define progress, ROI & impacts.
• Maintains Working Knowledge of applicable laws and Trinity Health policies and Code of Conduct.
