Qualifications

• Active Missouri Paramedic license.
• Current BCLS (AHA) certification.
• ACLS maintained within 30 days of hire.
• PALS or ENPC required within 30 days of hire.
• At least 1 year as paramedic in EMS or acute care hospital; ER setting preferred.
• NRP within 30 days if required by facility.

Responsabilités

• Perform IV insertion, EKG acquisition, and continuous vital signs monitoring under supervision.
• Assist airway management and resuscitation efforts.
• Provide wound care, splints, suturing support, and trauma response.
• Transport patients to diagnostic areas and aid room turnover.
• Stock supplies and perform point-of-care testing per policy.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and EMS for trauma care and transitions of care.
