Job summary

Texoma Medical Center in Denison, Texas, is seeking an ED Paramedic to deliver high-quality patient care under the Medical Director. You will work with the ED team to meet patient needs and follow established protocols.

The role requires licensure in Texas (LP/EMT-P) and completion of an accredited paramedic program, with BLS/ACLS/PALS per ECC guidelines. You will collaborate with RNs and physicians and participate in data collection and documentation.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited paramedic program.
• 1 year experience as a Paramedic preferred.
• Licensed Paramedic (LP) or EMT-P in Texas required.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS per ECC guidelines & orientation will provide training.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the Medical Director and ED team.
• Interpret ECGs and initiate IV therapy.
• Initiate approved protocol orders and guidelines in the ED.
• Collaborate with RNs and medical providers to treat adult trauma and medical patients.
• Collect pertinent data and chart appropriately.
