Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Maintain an active RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• BLS certification or complete course within 30 days of hire.
• 2 years' experience in patient care is required.
• Supervisor experience is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assists in planning, coordinating, implementing and evaluating operations and patient care in designated areas.
• Serves as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Functions as a staff nurse in the department as needed and assumes delegated managerial duties.
