Job summary

Effinghamschools is seeking an RN Clinical Resource Leader to provide clinical leadership and operational support in the Emergency Room. The role coordinates patient care, supports staff, mentors nurses, and collaborates with physicians and allied teams to ensure safe, high-quality care.

The position requires Georgia RN licensure, BLS/PALS/ACLS within 30 days, and at least three years of nursing experience, with leadership and critical care exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing with Georgia requirement.
• Completion of an approved RN training program.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience with leadership preferred.
• BLS, PALS, ACLS certifications required within 30 days of hire.
• Critical care and cardiac/stroke care experience desirable.
• Proficient in EMR and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates nursing activities and patient care during shifts.
• Mentors staff and oversees orientation and competency.
• Leads staff education and unit initiatives.
• Ensures compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
• Communicates with physicians, labs, and therapy services.
• Manages daily operations and patient flow in ER.
• Participates in quality improvement and risk management.
• Performs duties as assigned by leadership.
