The role requires recent ER leadership (3–5+ years), an active RN license in Florida, BLS, and ENPC/PALS. ACLS is preferred. The hospital offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Recent Acute ER leadership experience (2-3+ years) preferred.
• 3-5+ years of emergency services experience required.
• Current RN license in state of practice
• BLS certified
• ACLS preferred
• ENPC/PALS required

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily unit operations and staffing to ensure patient-centered care.
• Monitor nursing care quality and adherence to policies and standards.
• Lead and coach staff; manage admissions and discharge processes.
• Balance patient throughput with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Support interdisciplinary collaboration across departments.
• Drive patient experience improvements and service excellence.
