HireNow Staffing is recruiting an experienced Nurse Manager (RN) for Emergency Services in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. This direct-hire leadership opportunity requires overseeing daily department operations, staffing, clinical performance, patient-centered care, and accountability for quality outcomes.

Candidates must have 2–3 years of recent acute-care Emergency Department Manager or Supervisor experience, a current RN license, and required certifications (BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC).

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recent acute-care Emergency Department Manager/Supervisor experience.
• Charge Nurse experience alone does not satisfy the leadership requirement.
• Current RN license and/or Compact license in the applicable state.
• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, Nonviolent Crisis Intervention and TNCC credentials required within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational and clinical leadership for Emergency Services.
• Oversee department staffing, scheduling, workflow, and nursing operations.
• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered emergency nursing care.
• Monitor nursing practices for compliance with policies and procedures.
• Evaluate clinical performance and patient-care outcomes.
• Hold nursing staff accountable for quality, safety, and standards.
• Support departmental and facility performance objectives.
• Promote communication and collaboration among staff, physicians and leadership.
