Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience in an emergency room or acute care setting.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the emergency room nursing staff.
• Develop and implement policies to ensure efficient patient care delivery.
