Job summary

Hillcrest Medical Center is seeking a night shift ER Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position in Tulsa, OK. This role focuses on delivering high-quality emergency care, rapid assessment, and coordinating with the ER team to stabilize patients.

Requirements include an ADN, an active OK or multi-state RN license, and BLS within 14 days of hire. Additional certifications (ACLS, ENPC/PALS, TNCC, NIHSS) are required within specified timelines.

Qualifications

• RN license required (OK or multi-state)
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer
• ACLS–Experienced Hire or Transfer must obtain 90 days from hire or transfer; New Grad/New to Specialty 6 months
• ENPC or PALS–Experienced Hire or Transfer 90 days; New Grad/New to Specialty 6 months
• TNCC–Experienced Hire or Transfer 1 year; New Grad/New to Specialty 24 months
• NIHSS–Experienced Hire or Transfer 90 days; New Grad/New to Specialty 6 months

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document care in accordance with HHS standards to deliver quality patient care.
• Demonstrate ability to provide care appropriate to the age of patients served on the assigned unit.
• Plan for provision of patient care including development, modification and implementation of the plan of care as described in policies and procedures.
• Adhere to Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act rules and regulations.
