• Bilingual skills in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day nursing operations in the Emergency Department.
• Ensures high quality patient care and safety through standard practices.
• Assists in staff development, competency assessment and education.
• Coordinates staffing and schedule adherence with ED leadership.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and participation in quality initiatives.
