Qualifications

• 1+ year of ER RN experience
• ACLS within 60 days of start date
• BLS within 30 days of start date
• CPI within 6 months of start date
• PALS within 6 months of start date
• RN with two years of ER experience
• Associate or Bachelors in Nursing or RN Diploma

Responsibilities

• Assess patient pain regularly and promote pain management
• Perform procedures and document care in the chart promptly
• Respond to patient requests and anticipate needs
• Teach patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, meds and side effects
• Educate on follow-up care and healthy lifestyle changes
