Tristar Bellevue ER is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced setting. You will collaborate with physicians and the care team to deliver timely, evidence-based treatment and to advocate for patients and families.

Qualifications

• RN delivers high quality, patient-centered care per standards.
• Requires 1+ year ER experience.
• ACLS within 60 days of start date; BCLS within 30 days.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 6 months; PALS within 6 months.
• Associate/Bachelor degree or RN diploma.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient pain regularly and manage accordingly.
• Document care in the medical record promptly.
• Respond to patient requests with proactive care.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, plan, and follow-up.
• Translate medical terms for patient understanding.
