Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department at Cobb Hospital. This full-time night position (7 pm–7 am) offers a premium sign-on bonus and a chance to impact patient care through collaborative team-based practice.

As an RN in ED, you will work with an interdisciplinary team under the Wellstar governance model, uphold professional standards, and deliver safe, high-quality care while supporting family and patient needs.

Qualifications

• Associates in Nursing or Diploma required; BSN preferred.
• All required licenses/certifications on hire.
• Minimum 5 years RN experience in ER or acute care.

Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process with evidence-based practice and individualized care.
• Provide patient-centered care across diverse populations and adapt to cultural needs.
• Coordinate care through interdisciplinary teamwork and timely documentation.
• Participate in performance improvement and shared governance across the department.
