Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a Registered Nurse - Emergency Department to provide rapid assessment, triage, and nursing care for patients in the ED.

You will prioritize care based on acuity, administer medications, monitor patients, and coordinate patient flow in a fast-paced environment.

Required: RN license in state of practice, BLS, ACLS, and PALS; degrees in nursing; 1–2 years ED/critical care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of practice (Required).
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Required).
• 1–2 years emergency or critical care nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs rapid triage and assessment of ED patients.
• Administers medications, IV fluids, and treatments per orders.
• Responds to trauma activations, codes, and emergent situations.
• Monitors patient condition and escalates care as needed.
• Coordinates patient flow, admissions, transfers, and discharges in a fast-paced ED.
• Provides patient and family education and emotional support during acute events.
