Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group seeks a Registered Nurse for a fast-paced Emergency Department in the United States. The role involves rapid assessment, triage, and delivering nursing care to patients with acute illnesses and injuries, collaborating with the emergency team to stabilize and treat patients efficiently.

Requires an RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and an earned degree (AA/BSN); 1-2 years in emergency or critical care preferred.

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Required).
Minimum 1-2 years of emergency or critical care nursing experience (Preferred).
Licenses & Certifications: RN license in state of practice; BLS, ACLS, PALS (Required).
TNCC and CEN are preferred.

Responsibilities

Performs rapid triage and assessment of patients in the emergency department.
Administers medications, IV fluids, and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
Responds to trauma activations, codes, and other emergent situations.
Monitors patients for changes in condition and escalates care as needed.
Coordinates patient flow, admissions, transfers, and discharges in a fast-paced environment.
Provides patient and family education and emotional support during acute events.
