Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse - Emergency Department to provide rapid assessment, triage, and nursing care in a busy emergency department. You will prioritize acuity and collaborate with the emergency team to stabilize and treat patients efficiently.

The role requires an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, an active RN license in the state of practice, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Active RN license in state of practice and current BLS/ACLS/PALS.
• 1–2 years ED/critical care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs rapid triage and assessment of patients presenting to the emergency department.
• Administers medications, IV fluids, and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Responds to trauma activations, codes, and other emergent situations.
• Monitors patient condition and escalates care as needed.
• Coordinates patient flow, admissions, transfers, and discharges in a fast-paced ED.
• Provides patient and family education and emotional support during acute events.
