Qualifications

  • Zero to two years of experience.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive, caring relationships with executives, managers, physicians, non-physician providers, ancillary and support staff, other departments, and patients/families.
  • Good clinical judgment with critical thinking, analytical and problem solving abilities required as related to various aspects of patient care.
  • Mobility and visual manual dexterity. Physical stamina for frequent walking, standing, lifting and positioning of patients.

  • Utilizes the nursing process within a Relationship-Based Care framework to deliver holistic, patient-centered care.
  • Develops and implements individualized care plans in partnership with patients, addressing clinical, social, psychological, safety, and spiritual needs.
  • Demonstrates critical thinking and strong communication skills to collaborate with care teams and advocate for appropriate care decisions.
  • Maintains accurate, thorough documentation to support continuity and quality of care.
  • Aligns practice with organizational and professional goals to improve patient safety, quality, and experience.
  • Fosters a compassionate, patient-focused environment through meaningful interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Takes accountability for ongoing professional development to enhance clinical practice and patient outcomes.
