Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Associate's Degree, minimum required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing, preferred.
• Current OH RN License.
• Current BLS/ACLS/PALS per department requirements based on patient population needs.

Responsibilities

• Provides high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced ED setting.
• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care with the healthcare team.
• Communicates care plans clearly to patients, families, and staff.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and professional development.
• Documents nursing care per hospital policies and procedures.
