Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Ohio RN license.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Communicate the plan of care to the healthcare team and family.
• Provide patient and family education on treatments and plans.
• Document nursing processes accurately and timely.
• Mentor and support staff on the unit.
