Job summary

OhioHealth in Morrow County Hospital is seeking a part-time casual Staff RN to provide general nursing care across the continuum in a 24/7 department. You will work with patients and families in a fast-paced acute care setting and operate under the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs, and participate in process improvement to bolster clinical quality and patient safety at our facility.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (BSN required at 5 years of employment).
• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document patients' health status and nursing needs.
• Plan interventions based on nursing diagnoses and patient needs.
• Implement and evaluate nursing care; adjust plan with data.
