Qualifications

• Advanced Life Support within 6 months of hire date or transfer date.
• BLS Provider within 1 month of hire date or transfer date.
• PALS within 6 months of hire date or transfer date.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or multi-state license (Compact State).

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate direct nursing care by following established clinical protocols.
• Lead coordination of care across multiple medical disciplines as central point of contact.
• Manage the full patient journey and coordinate discharge needs for safe transitions.
