Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Nursing program.
• Ability to organize and prioritize assignments in patient care.
• Successful completion of orientation programs related to specialty.
• Attainment and maintenance of unit-specific competencies.
• Basic computer skills.
• RN licensure in Pennsylvania on hire.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates the care for designated patients.
• Collaborates with physicians, interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
• Demonstrates commitment to quality and safety through evidence-based practice.
• Coordinates patient and family education during treatment.
