Job summary

AdventHealth in Palm Coast, FL seeks a registered nurse to join our night shift, full-time team. You will assess patients, develop care plans, administer treatments, and collaborate with physicians to ensure high-quality care.

We emphasize patient- and family-centered care, accurate documentation, and ongoing professional development. Florida RN license and BLS are required; BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN with active Florida license and BLS certification is required.
• Associate degree in nursing is required; a BSN is preferred.
• Minimum 1+ year in an acute care hospital setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans; administer medications per orders and monitor for adverse effects.
• Educate patients and families; coordinate with medical staff to ensure safe, effective care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in performance improvement activities.
