Job summary

AdventHealth Palm Coast in Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, effective treatment.

You will document care, uphold infection control standards, provide emotional support, and participate in quality improvement efforts to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN license required (Registered Nurse)
• BLS required
• ADN required, BSN preferred
• 1+ year acute care hospital experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across multiple domains.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on standards of care.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and outcomes.
