Intermountain Health Park City Hospital seeks a skilled Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Emergency Department. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care during high-acuity situations.

The role requires a current RN license, BLS, and ED/ER experience; BSN preferred and TNCC/ENPC preferred. Night shift, 36 hours per week, with focus on patient safety and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain BSN within four years of hire.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsabilités

• Assess: Performs comprehensive assessment of physical, social, and psychological status and gathers information from the care team.
• Plan: Develops an individualized plan of care with patient and family involvement.
• Implement: Coordinates care delivery, delegates tasks, and manages time and resources.
• Evaluate: Reviews outcomes and revises the care plan as needed.
• Professionalism: Maintains ethical standards, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
