Job summary

Texas Health Huguley is seeking a compassionate RN for the Emergency Department to provide comprehensive assessments and deliver acute care. Qualifications

• 1+ 12-lead EKG experience.
• 1+ acute hospital experience preferred.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patients' physical, mental, and emotional health.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and patient needs.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care among physicians, nurses, social workers, and therapists.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans based on outcomes.
• Document patient information accurately in the medical record.
